Embracing Emotions
Meditation can surface emotions. Welcome them with kindness and curiosity.
During meditation, emotions may arise—some gentle, others intense. Instead of resisting them, acknowledge their presence with compassion. Every emotion carries a message and deserves your attention.
Top Tip: Visualise your emotions as clouds passing in the sky.
Just as clouds drift across the sky without clinging to it, let your emotions come and go without judgement or attachment.
