Weekly throughout October meditation teacher Jen Hill of Right Brian Liaisons, will guide you through 60-minute mindful sessions.
Beginning on Monday 11 October for 4 weeks until (and including) Monday 1 November, nurture yourself and invest in your self-care, connection, and peace of mind this Wellbeing Month while the enjoying the benefits of group meditation.
No experience necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort, just bring yourself in normal attire. Join us for 1, 2, 3 or all four sessions!
