Join MVPN peers and Volunteers for a peaceful meditation in the park, we will be located near the Cat Tail Marsh walking trail at the boardwalk parking area. There will be 10 yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis. We will be doing a slow paced and meditation focused session to ease our minds and bodies into the week ahead of us!
Dress comfortable and bring water, we look forward to seeing you all!
