MEDITATION + MINDFULNESS INTRO WORKSHOPA gentle introduction to the practices of meditation + mindfulness where you will be introduced to techniques to cultivate stillness, presence + self-awareness.

—Guided meditation.
—Observing thoughts + emotions without judgment.
—Mindful movement.
—Everyday mindfulness tools. Integrating presence into eating, listening, even communication.
Regular Meditation + Mindfulness classes will follow from 7pm on Monday 3 November 2025 + every second Monday thereafter. From 2026, classes will hopefully be offered weekly, with every third Monday being a sound based meditation.
