We will replenish our energy stores strengthen our patience and outlook and slow our internal clocks and dialogue down to listen to the body and allow it to find its baseline. From this state we can begin to reclaim an inner serenity as we walk through each day moving forward. Take advantage of coaching discussion at the end and personal readings.

Meditation is a foundational practice for calming the nervous system resetting the Vegas nerve and recharging the pituitary center of the brain all of which lead to a more balanced healthy and whole you. Over the centuries meditation has provided the body and the spirit with restoration and natural healing. Meditation has a centering effect on the four bodies and has been identified to help treat the nervous system mental health ailments stress and even the immune system.
Bring your mats if you would like to sit or lay on the floor during the meditation. Cushions and chairs will be available for the experience.
