Prepare for an interstellar journey into your grid system as we explore creation possibilities and practices through the modality of inner guidance guided meditation and intentional visualization. During our journey into the Grid of Creation you will receive an energetic cleanse and tools to use in your personal meditation practices.
Meditation is a foundational practice for calming the nervous system resetting the Vegas nerve and recharging the pituitary center of the brain all of which lead to a more balanced healthy and whole you. Over the centuries meditation has provided the body and the spirit with restoration and natural healing. Meditation has a centering effect on the four bodies and has been identified to help treat the nervous system mental health ailments stress and even the immune system.
Bring your mats if you would like to sit or lay on the floor during the meditation. Comfortable chairs will be available for the experience. The meditation portion of the night will begin at 6 and the reading portion of the night will begin at/near 6:40 with readings available in 20-minute segments following the meditation.
