This six week series invites us to explore meditation using using mantra (repetition of sacred words) and mudra (hand gestures to enhance focus and believed to shift the flow of energy). These tools can help increase focus and presence, opening the doorway to deeper experience. Each practice invites us to feel the shift when our mindfulness practice is held by ancient traditions, stepping out of the clinical and into the poetry of the practice.
