a nervous system and body that won’t settle
and a longing to feel connected to something bigger than themselves.
And beneath all of that is a quiet truth many never say out loud, they know meditation would help, but the concept seems elusive and intimidating

This class is built for exactly that.
We begin with a gentle check-in that introduces one of the core principles of meditation:non-judgment.
You simply notice how you’re showing up and what your mind is "doing", witnessing the mind not being defined by it
From there, we move into practices that teach you how to shift from reacting to observing.
A 2-minute brain dump releases mental noise. A 2-minute thank-you shifts your inner landscape. Then a visualization helps you practice observational awareness , watching thoughts move like writing in sand or drifting clouds, without attaching to them.
This is where meditation begins:not in perfect silence, but in learning to notice without pressure.
Each week, I teach you how to live meditatively through simple and profound steps that you can use in real life, a grounding breath technique and a new somatic awareness tool that shows you how to calm your system through presence rather than control.
