This workshop is for anyone who wants to calm their mind, ease an overactive brain, deepen their practice, and connect more fully to themselves.
In Meditation Magic, we step beyond the idea that meditation is something to “get right.” Instead, you’ll be guided into simple yet powerful practices that meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never meditated before or you’ve been sitting in silence for years, this workshop will help you create a more grounded, intentional relationship with your inner world.
Together we will explore:
Working with your thoughts instead of fighting them, so your mind finds ease and clarity.
Breathwork techniques that soothe the nervous system and bring focus back into the body.
The chakra system as a guide for overactive thinking and emotional balance.
Mudras and hand postures that open energy pathways and support calm presence.
Intentional tools like oils, crystals, and ambiance to enhance your meditative experience.
