Free in person Meditation in the Park, with teaching and practice on developing compassion through meditation. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to use meditation to find more compassion in your life. This is one of a series of events over the next few months, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
