About this Event
Event Description: Raja Yoga Meditation facilitated by Annemarie DeSeriere, holistic health practitioner.
This is a free community service that can assist you to reclaim your inner power and take control of your own life. Chair based meditation with no need for special postures, mantras or clothing! Just bring your lovely self.

Bookings are essential. A free ticket is required for each attendee.
This program is not suitable for children under 15 years.
Although seating is no longer allocated, a limit is in place on the number of attendees.
We ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell or are displaying cold/flu symptoms, no matter how mild.
If you are unable to attend this event, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact us on 4197 4220 so we can offer your place to someone else.
