Do you find that sometimes your monkey mind just takes over and you have no control over your thoughts? That was me! That was also before I really understood what meditation is all about.

I'm here to show you that meditation doesn't have to be hard and how it can work for you rather than "you" trying to make it work.


We'll start with some discussion about meditation, what it's really all about and I'll share some tips. So put those worries aside! I'll make it simple. Then we'll do a meditation practice with some soothing music in the background. We'll also have some time for sharing and questions afterwards.

Total meditation time: 20-25min (10min guided)


This is for Beginners and All levels are Welcome if you want to up-level your practice or perhaps learn something new.

**To get the most out of your experience, I recommend**

Avoid caffeine at least 4 hours prior to meditation. Eat light and hydrate. Please make sure your phone is OFF or DND and you find a quite comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Please keep yourself muted during the meditation.
