Meditation for Mental Health

This session offers simple yet powerful practices to improve your mental health and to bring you clarity, joy and wellbeing.

The practices offered include:

• Nadi Shuddhi, a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.

• Isha Kriya, a guided meditation, takes only 12-18 minutes and is an easy to learn process that you can do at home, work, or wherever you are. This meditation can bring clarity, health, and joy.
