The Workshop is IN PERSON only !My name is Lobsang Yeshema and I am happy to help your children for this workshop.
Our meditation session is to help children have a good time to refresh and calm their mind as well as develop positive behaviours to be more confident in their daily life.
The event is about:
- Learn how to calm the mind: practice meditation focusing on the breath
- Doing physical activity: colour the Buddha picture
- Learn how to concentrate: practice meditation focusing on the single point
-----Take a break (15 minutes): drinking, eat some snacks, communication with friends...
- Doing physical activity: making Mala by wood or seed..
- Learn how to use the singing bowl
- Practice meditation by chanting the Mantra OM MA NI PE ME HOUNG
Encourage children to practice meditation at home and say goodbye.
Please take your children arriving to the centre some minutes before the workshop taking place.
Parents can stay in the centre during the children activity. We also provide FREE water, fruitjuice, light snacks, equipments to make Mala (chilren can take their Mala to home), singing bowls...
