Join us at BAB on Thursday 3rd October for a meditation session. The session will include a guide on what meditation is and how to make it work for you in everyday life, addressing anxiety, pain, sleep problems, or general funk. We'll also explore what meditation isn't, and there will be breathwork, sitting and getting cozy, and trying out different types of short meditation. The space is accessible for everyone, and all you need to do is sit, lay, stand, and breathe. If you have any questions or obstacles to joining us, DM or contact BAB for support.
