Dear Friends,
We are happy to announce a 'Learn to Meditate' workshop for beginners interested to learn meditation techniques to destress, detox and find peace & joy from within.
We will share two simple techniques that can be practised 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening that will truly produce transformative benefits to be a simple and beautiful being from inside out.
Below is the tentative schedule.

- 10:40am - Benefits of Meditation
- 10:50am - Guided Relaxation and meditation
- 11:15am - Q&A
- 11:30am - Short break (group decides :) )
- 11:40am - Impressions and baggage
- 11:50am - Mental Detox walk through
- 12:10pm - Q&A
- 12:20pm - Resources to support; Tips and Tricks for a daily practice
- 12:30pm - Light Refreshments

Please note:
1 . This event is open to anyone 15 and above
2. At the venue, once you enter volunteers will request your check-in and you may be asked to take the shoes off but if you prefer to keep them on for any personal reason please let the front desk volunteers know and they will be happy to let you keep your shoes on.
3 . No Yoga mats needed to be brought unless you like to use one anyways.
4 . Casual Clothing that let's you be comfortable for the duration of the session is requested :)
