This is a 4 week course that will cover everything from the history of meditation, benefits and the various meditation techniques, helping you to go deeper.For optimal results, attending all 4 classes is best but if you can't make them all, even attending one would be beneficial.
The cost is 25$ per class. ($10 of the cost goes towards affording you attendance all included once a week during the sound bowl mediation that starts at 11:30am-12 either on Wednesday or Saturday)
