About this Event
In these classes you will learn how to develop a peaceful, happy mind through meditation.
These meditation sessions are taught by Douglas Robb, a lay Buddhist Teacher. He has been studying and practising meditation for many years on the Teacher Training Programme of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre. From his own good heart and practical experience he shares Buddha's advice about how to solve your daily problems of anxiety, stress, depression and other painful feelings.
There will be opportunities to ask questions and to talk to Doug after the class.
People find the classes stimulating, relaxing and enjoyable. In each class you will find something new and meaningful for your daily life, relationships and work. The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Everybody welcome!
