Join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month for our class that teaches you about meditation and I personally guide you through a meditation while here. There is a private group linked to my page for my students to ask questions, continue practice, and more. Donation based - $10 recommended. If you don't have it, it's ok! you're welcome!
