Like the resilient redwood trees, we can grow tall, strong, and live long lives—not just by spreading our roots deeper and individually, but by extending them laterally and intertwining with the roots of our neighboring redwoods.
Holding each other up as we heal, grow, and live in alignment with the higher truth.
This is what I am feeling the call for - An in-person community.
A gathering of meditators who come together weekly in nature, sharing leadership and wisdom.
While I’m starting the process, my vision is for everyone to take an active role in leading this community. I believe that each of us has a unique gift to offer.

1. Spread the word - eg meet up, eventbrite, local shops, friends, family, etc.
2. Help pick a location in the Columbia area
3. Lead sessions in breathwork, silent meditation, present state, guided meditation, or other activities related to meditation. BE YOU.
