🧘🏻This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation.
🧘🏼 We’ll have a short teaching and discussion on the next 3 of the 8 Limbs: Dharana (focused concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (bliss).
🧘🏽 Ending with, at least, 30 minutes of meditation.
🧘🏾 Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you'd like to learn more about meditation check out our Youtube! Or head over to our blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.
