Join us for a Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Journey @ Garden State BJJ Academy in Redbank NJ on Friday 9/12/25! This event is open to non-members as well, so feel free to bring friends, family, or anyone curious about mindfulness, recovery, or just slowing down for a while.
What to Expect:
We’ll move through a deeply restorative experience in three parts:
🫁 Breathwork
We’ll begin by reconnecting with the breath — the most powerful tool for calming the nervous system, relieving stress, and increasing oxygen flow throughout the body. Especially helpful for athletes, breathwork improves focus, endurance, and recovery.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation
Next, we’ll settle into a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind and bring awareness inward. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or completely new to it, this will help reduce mental chatter and promote emotional balance.
🔔 Sound Bath
Finally, let the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more wash over you. These vibrations help release tension, balance the body’s energy, and promote a deep sense of peace and clarity.
