Class Description: If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, you might try meditation, a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can help help you relax deeply, calm your mind, and restore your calm and inner peace.

About the Instructor: Melissa Laverack is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Certified Trainer and Instructor with over 24 years of experience.
