This is an interesting and exciting course exploring meditation as a tool for self-therapy.Meditation has gotten a rep for being a heal-all and cure-for-all practice. In this course we will explore the foundations of successful therapeutic practice, how yoga psychology understands therapeutic healing, possibilities of using various meditation practices as a tool for self-therapy; what is the potential, and where might it fall short.
Each class will include a little bit of theory, a little bit of softening movement, about 30 min of sitting practice (it might go faster than you think :), with space for some sharing and discussion.
