The Four Agreements are based on the wisdom of the Toltecs, an indigenous people of Mexico who preceded the Aztecs.
Popularized by Don Miguel Ruiz in the book ‘The Four Agreements,’ the wisdom of the Toltecs are based around these four moral pillars:
1. Be impeccable with your word
2. Don’t take anything personally
3. Don’t make assumptions
4. Always do your best.
Each Tuesday in this 4-week series, we will explore one of the four agreements and how it relates to meditation, mindfulness, self-care, and healing, coupled with meditation and mindfulness tools that will help you stay focused in between the sessions.
