Come and experience a magical journey with my guided meditation and sound bath therapy classes. These are weekly sessions that take you on a journey each and every time with my guided meditations changing weekly.
~ Sound therapy is deeply healing and complements the guided meditation. Please see my meditation schedule on my website for what the meditation will be for the session to make sure it is what you are seeking.
My guided meditations are focused on slowing the mind, healing the body and spirit, reclaiming your personal power and empowering the inner you. I love using essential oils so these will be provided for you.
~ There will be time after to share any experiences you may have had, if you are open to this. I will also be available for a short time after the session with any questions you may have.
Please bring along your yoga mat, a journal/paper/pen to record anything that may come through for you and any other things you may like to use during this session, eg, crystals
~ Bookings are essential, payment in advanced is required to hold your spot. $35 per session. I will email you with payment details.
