During this in-person event, you will experience the powerful combination of meditation and sound therapy. Kayla will guide you through a calming meditation session, allowing you to quiet your mind and find inner peace.
As you relax and let go of stress, the healing vibrations of sound instruments, such as crystal bowls and gongs, will wash over you, further enhancing your state of relaxation and promoting emotional well-being.
