This class begins with a grounding ritual, setting intentions, gentle aromatherapy, mindfulness practices, and sound bath to help you arrive fully in the present. Guided meditation will lead you through techniques to release past burdens and quiet future worries, gently returning your awareness to the here and now.

As your mind softens and your breath deepens, healing sound frequencies—from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other soothing instruments—will wash over you, supporting deep relaxation and energetic alignment. You’ll leave feeling lighter, stress-free, and emotionally renewed, carrying a lasting sense of peace and happiness.
