Led by Bonnie-jean, our licensed spiritual director with years of experience in contemplative practice, this gentle session will help you quiet your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner self.
All are welcome, whether you’re curious about meditation or already practice it. The gathering will be religiously neutral, open to people of all backgrounds, while weaving in touches of insight from Christian spirituality and mystic tradition that invite reflection and rest.
