This workshop is for individuals who have had simple meditation experiences or have taken my Meditation & Mindfulness Level 1 workshop to further develop their practice. If the word "meditation" makes you cringe, you're not alone. At one point in time, I felt the same. However, after finding techniques that I began to love, learning that there is no right way to go about this, and with consistent practice, it got easier.Hello Everyone! I am a healer, author, psychic and medium and one who absolutely used to hate meditation because it was the most boring thing on the planet as far as I was concerned. Over the years, however, I've learnt that there is not one way to practice mindfulness and meditation and now I love it!
It is time to take this up a notch to try a few fun and interesting techniques. Yes, we will still be breathing, and we will practice every technique as we learn them so you experience all of them and decide whether or not you like something. All sessions are tailored to help each of you find at least one technique you love. That way, you can have a consistent practice on your own, whether you're having a wonderful day or a horrible one because we all have them.
