You will be guided through multiple forms of meditation. One of these will include the creation of a crystal mala necklace for you as a keepsake. All while absorbing healing sound frequencies.
Space is limited to 6 people.
Bolsters, blue lotus tea, water, mini journals/pens, and all supplies for crystal mala necklaces will be supplied.
If you would like to bring your own journal, a blanket, or anything else that would make you more comfortable, please do.
