You’ll sample a variety of meditation and journaling practices that help ground you in your physical body, deepen your understanding of thoughts and emotions, and access inner wisdom. Ultimately, these practices guide us toward connecting with Purusa – our self, spirit, or consciousness – at the core of the Panca Maya model.
