Weekly meditation is a weekly outlet to unwind, reset, and return to yourself.
Meditation & Arts gently offers you an opportunity to regular your nervous system and create more space within your mind, body, and being. Return to your center.
We’ll do a short meditation together, and you’ll be able to create different pieces of arts – paintings, drawings, magnetic pins, etc per your inspirations. It’s not about making it nice – it’s about having fun with it!
You’ll leave feeling less anxious, more grounded, and reconnected to the version of you that knows how to move forward with peace and purpose.
Proceeds go to charity.
