Join experienced meditation teacher and sound healer, Louise Charman-James, for a replenishing hour of guided meditation practices and a soothing sound bath with voice, drum, chimes, bowls and gong. Bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket/shawl. A few mats and bolsters are provided but please bring your own if you can. The venue is the Bushland Chapel, 94 Parkes Street Helensburgh. Maximum 16 people. Book online to secure your place (you can also pay cash on the night but please be aware your place is not guaranteed).
