Looking to start a meditation practice or to deepen you current practice? Meditation improves self-awareness, lessens stress, improves emotional balance and improves overall health. Adding sound to your meditation practice can calm the mind and promote spiritual healing. This class is broken up into 3 parts- grounding and breathing, guided meditation and a mini sound bath. You can sit on yoga mats, meditation cushions or zero gravity recliners.
Some classes will be based on breath-work, yoga nidre or longer sound healing depending on the class participants.
The first rule of meditation is showing up.
