This unique experience combines guided meditation with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other soothing instruments to help you unwind and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a serene space to disconnect from the daily stresses of life and reconnect with yourself. As the sound waves wash over you, you'll be guided through a meditation that encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional release.

What to Expect during your 1-hour experience:

• Come as you are - we take care of the setup including yoga mat, meditation cushion, blanket, heated & scented lavender eye pillow, and head pillow.
• A calming environment designed to help you relax and de-stress.
• Guided meditation to help you center and ground yourself.
• A sound bath experience featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
• Unique sound healing provided to each participant individually.
