Meditation and Reflection Circle

FREE monthly drop-in meditation and reflection circle taking place in the meeting room at Letchworth Library (this is situated on the first floor and there isn’t any disabled access to the room).  

Circle Format:

10.30am – 11am: Sit in collective silence

11am-12pm: A short reading followed by a circle of sharing reflections on the themes and values raised in this passage
