As you focus on becoming more aware of each moment, you begin to nurture bare attention. In this class, we’ll explore tools for cultivating bare attention, as well as how patience is foundational to mindfulness. We’ll continue to explore breath-focused meditation, as well as soft-gaze meditation. Bring a towel, yoga mat, or folding chair for your comfort. Also, you may want to bring a journal, pen and water bottle.
