Meditation and Breathwork for the Heart with Rose Tea
Join Us in the Number 28 Hall for an evening of gorgeous teachings of the Heart and its wisdom; connect to the Heart through breath and meditation, transmute heavy energies and distorted perceptions from the Hearts filter; releasing old memories from past relationships.
We will work alongside the Rose, and I will make a tasty Rose Tea!! Natures gift to us, a medicine particularly potent for the heart, softening old grief, and opening us to deeper self-love.
I will also bring some Rose Tea and Rose Scent if anyone would like to purchase some at the end of the session :)
