Join Meaghan Minogue for an hour-long (don’t fret…we won’t be meditating for a whole hour) meditation class. In this series you will learn what meditation is, how to actually meditate (even for those with the busiest of minds), and create a sustainable, doable and even enjoyable practice. Meditation has a myriad of health benefits: reduced stress, can help lower blood pressure, help to lose weight, alleviate anxiety and lead happier, more fulfilled and connected lives. Feel free to bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing. Meaghan Minogue has been leading yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats for the last 18 years. She has coached mothers in Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet habits to increase energy and decrease overwhelm. She is currently in school to become Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She raises her two children Ellis and Margot and lives right here in Morrisville with her incorrigible kittens Tinker-Peas and Paper-Willa.
