Meditation is a journey and a learning process about yourself and the mind. Meditation and yoga offers ways to mitigate stress, expand the capacity for peak performance and enhance productivity, and become more creative and self-fulfilled in the modern context. Traditionally, meditation has been employed to reach liberation and self-realization by dissolving the ego.
This event series wants to introduce you to meditation, including how to be comfortable, relax, breathe and prepare the body for meditation.
You will learn the benefits of a meditation technique in each session, and practice together.
We hope to offer you a loving space to cultivate and experience non judgmental awareness.
