A consistent meditation practice encourages the cultivation of awareness and focus, and can result in a bolstered ability to handle day to day stress, mild depression, and emotional fluctuations, as well as accompanying physical benefits such as decreased blood pressure, better sleep, and improved respiration. Learn from the tradition of the Himalayan masters with Amanda Digiovanna. A systematic way to master and calm the mind, move into deeply relaxed states and learning to keep the breath steady so the deeper aspects of meditation can be achieved.

-exercises specifically prepared to help you get comfortable in the body and turn your focus inward
-accessible techniques for all levels of experience--including positions, mantras, visualizations, etc.
-practical suggestions on how to maintain a consistent practice regardless of experience (essential!)
