Did you ever wish you could sit so quietly with the butterflies that you might even hear their wings flutter? Meditate with the Butterflies is for you! This quiet time will be set aside before CNC opens so that you can experience the butterflies in a new way. The session will begin with simple guidance for relaxing and using your senses to attune to the environment and the creatures within it. After a quiet period for meditation or silently observing with curiosity, you will have the chance to share your experience if you would like, and to hear from others. Your instructor, Kathryn Fidati, is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT).Ages 16+; $45 general public / $35 CNC Members. Advanced Registration Required by Friday, July 5.
