Led by Amitha Khema, Buddhist chaplain at GW and resident monk of the Buddha Meditation Center of Greater Washington, D.C.
This interactive workshop invites participants to experience guided meditation followed by open reflection and dialogue. Designed for people of all faiths and worldviews, the session emphasizes experiential learning and shared insight. Participants will leave with practical tools for stress reduction and emotional balance, as well as a deeper appreciation for how contemplative practice can foster interfaith understanding and community well-being.
