Meditate on Mondays

This will be a beginner-friendly,

small group experience held in a beautiful, soothing enviroment.

You'll be guided by Lindsey Derrick Hunt, an Energy Healer & Ritual Master in the ancient Mystery School lineage of King Solomon (now called the Modern Mystery School).

WHAT'S THE STRUCTURE OF THE MEDITATION?

You'll be guided through a Max Meditation sequence that includes the following:

• Body relaxation

• Calming & focusing the mind

• Guided Viusalization to open up creativity, intuition & connection to your higher self

• Grounding back into the body

• Sharing & integration with the group
