Join us for a lovely way to start your Sunday!Meditate + Mingle is a time for us to gather to practice intentionality, mindfulness, fellowship with others, and flow to finish it off! Brittani will meet you at the studio where she will lead us in a guided meditation with time for focused breathing and self-reflection. If you like to journal, you are welcome to bring one with you to jot ideas in after our meditation. Once we have finished our time in meditation, you are welcome to fill up your coffee cup with one of our K-Cups or teas in the kitchenette or bring your own to sip. While we sip, we will share in some time together as yogis and all are welcome to stay for Maria’s Power class at 9:30a.
