About this Event
We invite you to spend a peaceful hour meditating with others at the Sherwood Library. The sessions will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.
No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.
THIS EVENT IS NOT SOLD OUT IN SPITE OF WHAT IT SAYS. There is plenty of room.
