Ever heard about 'in essence' , meaning 'fundamentally'?Well, this workshop is about getting back in touch with the essence of your Be-ing; about tapping into your creative power, bypassing the mind, getting into your flow zone.
A combination of meditation, tapping, guided visualisation, nourishing refreshments and journaling will help you paint/create freely and effortlessly; from the heart. It will be filled with emotion and intention - all while learning more about yourself, growing personally & evolving into the person you know you are inside while experiencing the joy of your creative imagination. We are all meant to shine, to be creative, intuitive & inspired!
Try new things, surprise yourself :). There is nothing better than proving yourself wrong in the best way, is there?! Within a safe, non-judgemental space, where you and like-minded souls are free to explore beauty & colour as well as challenging feelings, with guidance you'll go from 'I could never' to 'wait, I did this!' - all in a hands-on and light-hearted way with a wellbeing mentoring/coaching element. Your creation is about growth & pure discovery - without pressure.
Don't worry about the 'blank canvas' - if you need it, we can together dive into ideas & techniques to get started, with a little bit of my creative questioning.
The experience will involve

Whatever unfolds is relating to our energies in the moment and our true nature within. It is a spontaneous process and it can help you to gain insights, release tension, feel joy, have fun and relax to calm the mind - which in turn reduces stress and anxiety.
This 3,5 hour well-being workshop with all material included, also includes light refreshments and is offered at an energy exchange of just £42 (plus £1.50 booking fee)
