Let's pull our intention inward and then unleash our creativity. We will begin our evening with some spinal stretching & light movement and then move to breathwork, guided visualization & grounding.Once we have fully pulled into the present moment, you have the opportunity to grab your brushes and begin to splash your creativity across the canvas; maybe just colors that you saw or maybe a specific image in your mind. The painting will be completely guided by your own creativity and imagination. And then comes the twist - after a few moments, you will pass your painting to the left and allow the next person to add onto the beginning of your piece while you add onto the painting of the person who handed you their canvas. We will continue to pass canvases until your piece makes it way back home to you. This will allow us to merge our energies and come together as a creative & expressive community.
