Meditate And Create – Love & Vibe EnVision Board Night! Meditate and Create may be another piece of your peace! Another treatment for your soul. This is a blend of creating art with the power of relaxed awareness /meditation to unlock our inner creative and encourage true self expression.
Bring yourself for self care time, a date, or friends!
First a short guided relaxed awareness. This is in our Soulful Sanctuary Space, Northern lights above, such a calming, beautiful space to be welcomed in! Then we move on to the En Vision Boards! Receive and create…..what's your vibe? What feels like you? Or go traditional and create a vision board that shows what you want to manifest in your future!
When done, you may choose to share what your vision board means for you. This is completely optional. Sharing can sometimes enhance the experience!
During the creating, we will have some music on to encourage the creative flow. Last time we all chose songs and it went awesome!! Feel free to talk while creating, have some fun, meet some new people!
Energy Exchange $15
Poster board, glue sticks, scissors and some magazines, stickers supplied.
*****If you have a some magazines or supplies to bring to use or share, please do so :)
Feel free to bring a beverage/snack if you would like, for yourself or to share!

💙 Payment is nonrefundable and your reservation can only be used for the date and time it was purchased for. No shows and late arrivals denied entry, no credit given. You may give your spot to someone if not able to attend. Please let me know if a switch will be made. Door opens 20 minutes before start time, and locked 5 minutes after. This is for the safety and comfort of all attendees , please do not knock, ring bell, or try to enter after start time. **If wanting to use the bay leaf burning station, come before start time 😉
